This month we had the opportunity to follow up with a client that contracted us to design and build a very custom kitchen for her home in Tullahoma, TN. She had lots of vision on how to maximize storage and organization within the cabinets and we had lots of ideas on how to help her make that happen. We would like to walk you through her kitchen to show you some ways you might be able to improve the organization and storage in your own kitchen.
Pantry Pullout Cabinet

Our client's old kitchen didn't have a pantry closet for storage so most of her upper cabinets were filled with her groceries leaving little room for glassware and dishes. So in her new design, we incorporated a floor to ceiling cabinet and installed four pullout drawers.
Spice Rack Pullout
To the right of the range, we were able to add a narrow spice rack pullout for quick access to all of her cooking spices. We make all of our cabinet interiors, drawers, and custom pullouts with prefinished maple. It is a really clean durable look that doesn’t show grime or dirt, even with many years of use.
Custom Coffee Bar
This coffee bar needed a sleek place to hide… so we equipped it with sliding inset pocket doors.
